Built in the 1960s by City Council, this typical family corporation house found in many Dublin suburbs was in need of complete renovation and refurbishment. The house was remodelled and extended downstairs, with building fabric upgrades consisting of new windows and insulation throughout.

This scheme availed of SEAI grants for retrofit works and has an air-to-water heat pump heating system.  The kitchen, utility and bedroom fit-out is bespoke and custom made in colours and materials of choice by the client.
