Located in the St.Catherine’s area of Dublin 6 this project involved the renovation of a red brick, mid-terraced, city centre property. Works included the construction of a new single storey extension to the rear, finished in a stunning yellow marziale brick.  A small internal courtyard ensures natural daylight and ventilation penetrates deep within the home’s inner  rooms.

The internal remodelling of the ground floor connects the existing period dwelling to an open plan kitchen / living room along with service and utility zones.
