A mews development in the rear garden of a house in an established neighbourhood of Dublin. The narrow site required clever planning and the careful arrangement of rooms to provide each space with natural light, air and views, all whilst retaining privacy.

The result was a 2 storey design with a central courtyard that acts like a lung for the house - introducing fresh air and delivering light deep into the centre of the plan.  The rooms to the front of the new dwelling enjoy views over a public park from an elevated private  terrace.
